    About
    Biography

Jeff Hale is known for wheel thrown and minimally altered functional and decorative pottery. Once bisque fired, Hale's work is glazed using a variety of patterning techniques. He often masks off areas with a resist to develop patterns of alternating glaze colors. Glaze designs appear to be inspired by architectural elements. Works are most often glaze fired using the raku techniques.
