    About
    Biography

Benjamin Lambert is known for figurative ceramic sculptures that focus on the human or animal form. Works are hand-built earthenware. Surface techniques include carving, modeling, underglazes, and slips. Post firing, Lambert uses a variety of cold working techniques including but not limited to paints and washes.

Content is most often developed from Lambert's interest in environmental awareness, especially the relationship between humans and the natural world. He often uses humor as an element.

In addition to his personal creations, Lambert is a founding member of Ceramic Sculpture Culture.
