    About
    Biography

Mark Arnold is known for functional earthenware pottery often thrown on the potter's wheel. Arnold's surfaces are accomplished by the use of rectilinear imagery. To accomplish this, Arnold applies muted colored terra sigillata to form geometric patterns in the greenware stage. Finished surfaces are reminiscent of brick, wood, or stone.
