    About
    Biography

Paul Donnelly is known for wheel-thrown, hand-built, slip-cast and CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) utilitarian porcelain pottery. Architectural and natural settings guide Donnelly's work. Donnelly's surface technique features semi-translucent glazes including yellows and celadon blue with minimal contrasting underglaze line work. Decals also often show up on his work.

Donnelly often collaborates with Rain Harris on a line of functional pieces that is slip cast and finished with ceramic transfers.
