This tabletop sculpture is in the shape of a rose bud perched on a very small foot. An open flower with a stem emerges from the open top of the form. The surface is covered with mottled white, tan, and brown glaze.The bottom part of this tabletop sculpture is very geometric. There is a capital T in the front. Above this is a form created from a large piece of folded clay. The openings are on the ends. The ends and the top are held together by coils. There is a cutout rectangle on the front that is the same size as the upright part of the T below it. The piece is unglazed.
