Antonio Prieto

Antonio Prieto produced a large body of functional work using stoneware and porcelain.

An influential teacher Robert Arneson was one of his most well-known students. Prieto built a ceramics collection at the Mills College Art Museum. After his death many of his former students made gifts of their work to the Antonio Prieto Memorial Collection.
