Bowl

USA, 1966
<p>A crudely hand built bowl. The unglazed clay is grey. A small pinched handle is pushed into place on one side at the rim. There are random black areas.</p><p>A view from above shows the handle, three irregular openings in the body, and a coiled piece placed along the rim.</p><p>The underside shows a crude black foot. Two of the holes show to the left. there is also a red cross and an orange circle. Scripps College and the accession number 80.8.9 are typed on a white label. A small piece of tape has 134 handwritten on it.</p>
