Large Vase

USA, 1900
<p>This eighteen inch tall light grey vase begins with a narrow foot, grows to a broad shoulder, then tapers in for a long neck.  Brown stripes spiral around the vase ending with the brown lip. Gold and dark brown doodles are scattered over the surface.</p><p>A close up of the neck and lip shows the spirals and a doodle of a guitar and a cloud with rain. There are seven gold dots clustered at the lip.</p><p><span>A close up near the foot showing the largest doodle, an abstract face drawn with dark brown and gold has zig zag hair.</span></p><p><span>A close up of the unglazed lip showing there is a doodle in white on the inside of the neck.</span></p><p><span>A close up of the dark brown underside.</span></p><p> </p>
