Ode to George

<p>This large planter has two ear handles at the rim. They were pulled out from the walls as were two buttress like shapes one below each handle.  There are four horizontal stripes, the bottom and top ones are grey a brown and orange stripe are between them. The interior is very dark brown.</p><p>A top view shows the dark brown interior, a grey rim and the top of the handles.</p><p>A closeup of a handle side shows the crude construction of the handles and deep incised lines in the brown stripe.</p><p>The underside is clean and smooth, there is a label with STEVENS written on it.</p>
