Doug Jeppesen

Doug Jeppesen uses stoneware to make a wide range of functional work. The majority is thrown then altered by paddling, carving and cutting away layers of clay. Jeppesen specializes in wood firing. Jeppsen teaches at Waubonsee Community College where he built a number of wood kilns including one of three Anagama kilns in Illinois.
