A human head wall hanging. The face is carefully rendered. It is glazed with rough light pink. One blue ear shows as does a brown area at the top of the head. A black tongue protrudes from an open mouth, two large white teeth show behind bright red lips. A mask covers the top two thirds of the head. The light blue mask is covered with a grid of amall dark blue rectangles. Two conical forms are arrached on aeach side near the top of the mask. A white triangle extends from the top of the mask to just above the nose, fine black lines create a grid of triangles that covers it. Blue eyes can clearly be seen in the eye holes of the mask. The tip of the nose and nostrils show below the lower edge of the mask. On each side of the nose two white triangles with red sides are attached to the bottom of the mask.A side view shows how the mask contours to fit the eye sockets and nose. There is more brown along the edge where the sculpture meets the wall. There is a pronounced double chin and another blue ear. All the above described details are visible in this image.
